My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. This thing is nearly perfect! We have three dogs that we kennel occasionally when we leave the house, and I was tired of looking at three wire kennels of different sizes spread throughout the house. I decided to splurge on this 95" furniture-style kennel console, and it's absolutely everything I wanted it to be! It's STURDY. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, and assembly wasn't nearly as daunting a task as I thought it was going to be. Ours did arrive with a pretty nasty scratch/scuff on one of the bottom boards (thanks to a pretty big gash in the box from shipping), but it's covered by a kennel pad/dog bed, so not visible and not worth fussing over. LOVE this portable doggie playpen! This playpen is so intuitive to put together and comes with a carrying case. You can slide a water bottle through the side which has a metal grommet to hold the nozzle in place and an already attached elastic band to hold the top bottle portion. You can close the top or leave open as you wish and the door is like a tent where you can just velcro into up position when wanted. This crate is perfect. The packaging protected the product during shipping. The instructions were easy to follow (not always the case with furniture). It took less than 30 minutes to build and it is solid, which is great because our dog is an escape artist! I was a little worried by the 1 star and 2 star reviews about the latching hardware not being good. PLEASE IGNORE THOSE! It is obvious that they missed an important step in the instructions regarding spring loaded latches for the inside of the left front gate.
