I will probably have to wash them a few times for them to completely shed. Honestly I will only wash them separetely to keep lint off all my other clothes. ALSO the are skinny towels, I wish they were wider. I compared them to my old towels and they are like 2 inches less in width. As far as feel goes and absorbancy THEY ARE FANTASTIC!
