The shipment packaging is extremely well done and even though there was damage to the boxes, the product was sufficiently protected had no damage due to shipping. The 12x20 pergola I ordered is close to 1000 pounds shipping in 7 boxes so the heaviest single box is about 150 lbs so two people are needed to move it around. The instructions recommended 4 people for the install. I had my brother to help but due to the weight I wanted 6 people (one at each post) to move the assembled product to minimize damage to the frame. High quality parts all around but because it’s all aluminum that is great for lower weight but it is still 1/2 ton of weight that needs to be moved around during an installation. Unfortunately, that still didn't offset the fact that parts still haven't been delivered three weeks after asking for replacements. Additionally wayfair stopped answering emails. The listed company doesn't answer emails or answer. Voicemails left on Ashley's voicemail. All in all haven't spent many thousands of dollars. I probably will not return for additional purchases..
