One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! The delivery was on time and placed where I wanted it. Be sure to have at least 3 people when connecting the legs to the beams. The directions were pretty vague when starting the first louver. I was missing 1 tapered locking bolt and 1 pillar cover but Maria at customer service was excellent in helping me get the missing parts.
