Very easy to set up and doesn't require 220v electric. Jets on the hot side are nice and strong, and hot side is deep and spacious for one person and big enough for 2 small people. However due to its small size it cools while you are in it and it only heats with the jets on, so often you can't soak without the jets on. The cold side is perfect, cold as you need it, I haven't gone below 50, but it seems like it has no problem going colder. Insulation could be better as both sides have to run a lot to maintain temperature. Probably uses 0.5kwh, so it will hit you electric bill. All in all, I love it and the price was right.. I purchased this to extend our usable space on our patio. It took 2 people about 5 hours in the Texas heat to put this together. We did have some experience with this type of assembly so that helped streamline things. It definitely needs to be anchored, but once it is the awning is quite stable. Nice pergola. Put it together by myself (with the help of a few ladders for temporary bracing. A few things…. There were many dents on several pieces but with overseas shipping I’m surprised there were not even more. It was also missing pieces that I will have to try to add later when hopefully the company will send me the parts. It does let rain through but not in large amounts. It looks very nice with the wood grain post next to the dark gray aluminum frame. The shade glides smoothly on the rails. It was unraveling with hole in it but company hopefully will replace it..
