The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I didn’t run into any issues during assembly, and all the required parts were included in the boxes—nothing was missing. We are very happy with our Backyard Discovery Beaumont 14x12 pergola! The only negative would be the time it took to arrive, which was about six weeks. Otherwise, it is very well made and looks beautiful. You need at least three people to put together. I love this pergola! I had been debating one for years and finally found one with all the features I wanted. We dont have any trees so theres no natural covering, and the backyard gets blasted with sun during the day. This pergola is perfect for manually adjusting the 4 different sections of louvers for the amount of sun wanted. We havent used the curtains or netting yet but I love having the option when needed. We paid for assembly which occurred over 3 days and 3 different crews. Caution- I dont recommend using the included anchors for anchoring to your base, unless your base is absolutely perfectly level. The delivery was on time and placed where I wanted it. Be sure to have at least 3 people when connecting the legs to the beams. The directions were pretty vague when starting the first louver. I was missing 1 tapered locking bolt and 1 pillar cover but Maria at customer service was excellent in helping me get the missing parts.
