This is a great pergola for the price! It was a lot to put together. One of the pieces got dented in the set up process but it’s minor. The louvred top is easy to adjust. I ordered two of these and placed them sideways so that I could have a 16 wide and 24 feet long covered area. It definitely took four people about four hours to put up the first one but second one went a lot smoother after figuring out all the louvers. I’ve had it up for about a month so far with some pretty strong winds and so far so good. We did have a decent rain and it kept everything dry when I closed the louvers but then we had a torrential rain and it was just way too much for the small areas to hold so it definitely leaked in a few spots. UPDATE: After a final round of conversation , wayfair did finally accommodate us a refund of the item I Would like to write a review? However, the item shipped missing multiple parts,AND It came three days later Than wayfair texted it's delivery. To be fair, however, they did offer reimbursement for the late delivery. Unfortunately, that still didn't offset the fact that parts still haven't been delivered three weeks after asking for replacements. Additionally wayfair stopped answering emails. The listed company doesn't answer emails or answer. Voicemails left on Ashley's voicemail. All in all haven't spent many thousands of dollars. I probably will not return for additional purchases..
