The shipment was missing one of the middle pieces but the submission process for the missing piece was very easy. This seems like a common occurrence for wayfair sectionals, no big deal. I ordered this bed thinking it came with a built in phone charger. I was wrong but it does have a nice light in the back that is easy to set up. Im a 36 year old woman and assembled it myself over about 2 days. It did take several hours on both days. It would have gone much quicker with an additional person. The box was heavy so I had to carry little by little to get it upstairs to the bedroom. The directions were easy! I have bought Wayfair furniture in the past and it was confusing to assemble. It is lower to the ground than I expected and I did want something taller so I think I need a box spring. I do love the drawers for extra storage. Let’s see this holds up. The perfect size, so comfy! The pillows and back cushions are so squishy with down. But the seat cushion is more firm - more foam than down. The only down side to this couch is the smell.
