The shipment was missing one of the middle pieces but the submission process for the missing piece was very easy. This seems like a common occurrence for wayfair sectionals, no big deal. Wow! This is such a nice rug. I can tell the construction is high quality, and it is super soft to the touch. I was surprised to see that it came with a rubber rug pad cut to shape. I ended up not using the included pad because I prefer a different style of rug pad for my LVP floors, but I thought it was a nice gesture from the manufacturer.
