I love these two power lift recliners. They were assembled & installed perfectly. However one of the remotes was damaged in shipping( photo attached). It was delivered quickly. Putting it together was not difficult except for somehow I put the back on backwards but even that was fairly easily remedied. I like the color. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element.
