My only complaint is that each gate has 2 latches so the gates are impossible to open with one hand, so I tied a string to the latches (there is a metal loop on top of each latch) so that I just have to pull up the string with one hand to open both latches on one gate at the same time.. This 12 panel pen, was extremely easy to assemble, but it was a bit heavy and hard for me to move the box by myself. It’s all metal, has a door for easy access. I do wish they had written directions with this item. It is diagrams with the part numbers where they go. It took me a while to figure out how high to do the elastic ties so the base and top were taunt. But it does work GREAT esp for a larger rescue puppy!
