My only complaint is that sometimes I hit the drain with my bottom and it pops up very easily! Good for a laugh when that happens!!! So glad I went with Vintage Tub and Bath for this purchase! The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
