The sofa looks great. The cushions are quite firm but we can always put a foam pad on it. The cords that make the tufts may be uncomfortable without a pad on top. Wow! This 72” mantel was even better than expected. The stain was even, and the finish was more on the matte side which was exactly what I wanted for our remodeled family room! I noticed some people commenting on the pearl insert on the side. I didn’t think it was noticeable. It’s small and towards the back on the right side. This beam is constructed out of ¾” thick Aspen wood and is 6 1/2" tall. You choose the length and depth. Each piece of wood is unique and will have more or less character/knots than the other. It is designed to look like a solid beam without weight. The distressed beams are painted either black or white and have the edges sanded over and a brown stain/wax applied for a distressed look. The distressed beams will not be a solid color. Easy to install utilizing a French cleat mounting bracket which is included. Screws are not included. You will need to purchase 3" screws for the application you will be attaching the bracket to. Wood is considered a combustible material. Heat clearances must be adhered to. If installing over a fireplace, check your local building codes and the manufacturer's instructions for your specific fireplace insert or stove.

This mantel is created from medium-density fiberboard also known as MDF. MDF is a composite wood and is very commonly used for furniture, cabinetry, shelving, and decorative moldings. Mantel ships in 3 pieces; 2 legs and 1 header. The legs attach easily to the header with nuts and bolts. Mitered hanger board assembly is included for easy installation as well as a 3-piece mitered scribe molding set to hide any gaps after installation. This mantel has a 1 1/2" projection off of the wall leaving a nice pocket behind the mantel to accommodate your tile, stone, marble, etc. Paint grade only. It Comes painted white and is ready to hang or sand and prime and choose your color.

Red Mahogany, 6.5" H x 72" W x 6" D

This beam is constructed out of ¾” thick Aspen wood and is 6 1/2" tall. You choose the length and depth. Each piece of wood is unique and will have more or less character/knots than the other. It is designed to look like a solid beam without weight. The distressed beams are painted either black or white and have the edges sanded over and a brown stain/wax applied for a distressed look. The distressed beams will not be a solid color. Easy to install utilizing a French cleat mounting bracket which is included. Screws are not included. You will need to purchase 3" screws for the application you will be attaching the bracket. Corbels will increase the total height of the beam to 13". The corbels have been pre-drilled and include screws. You will need to attach the corbels to the beam upon receipt. Wood is considered a combustible material. Heat clearances must be adhered to. If installing over a fireplace, check your local building codes and the manufacturer's instructions for your specific fireplace insert or stove.
