This has worked well for us. Way to out together and produces a great compost. One thing to note is that the compost can rest on the bottom ledge inside which can make it difficult to open the doors. I’m super excited to have this compost bin. Assembly was straightforward and everything snapped together perfectly. I like the open bottom so that earthworms will have easy access to the compost. The lid has a decent little latch and the sliding door for accessing compost is a great feature Simply slide the door up and off for shoveling out finished compost. It’s not a heavy duty bin but it is strong enough and is the perfect size for our smaller backyard space. I’m excited to load it up and I recommend this bin!!. Kathy. US. Thu Apr 30 2026
