Some parts were mislabeled but in the end all of the parts were there. The only downside to the chairs is they are a bit low to the ground and might be hard for some older adults to get out of them. This sofa arrived quickly and was pretty easy to assemble. I appreciated the supply of extra bolts and nuts. The cushions took no time to expand from their compressed packing and we had a fully functional patio couch in a few hours! The bottom cushions are thick and comfortable. The back cushions are not as thick but certainly adequate. The tabs on all cushions to secure them to the frame is a nice feature. One feature that stood out on this sofa is the weight capacity. Many of the other 3-seater sofas I looked at had capacities less than. 400 lbs. This sofa is rated at 900 lbs! Finally, the aluminum frame won't rust - a feature the iron/steel sofas can't match..
