Yet to be assembled, but this appears and feels like a very sturdy product. The only problem was that the coordinating metal table was not in either of the chair boxes. The friendly and helpful folks at Wayfair Customer Service quickly remedied the problem by arranging for a quick shipment of the missing table. These patio chairs are true to the online photos. Pleasant putty gray color. They are definitely aluminum and are quite light, especially considering the tilt and swivel base. Once the outside chairs were received, it took about an hour to put together, and was quite easy. The structure of the chairs is very well made however, I find that the way that the chair is made makes you sit up straight and I find that uncomfortable, but the color is nice and it does match with the rest of my outdoor seating.
