The seat itself looks beautiful and like the major brands but at an affordable cost. I bought both a left and right side to create a loveseat. The seat cushions are thick and comfortable and have ties to connect to the frame. The disappointing aspect is the back pillows are basically worthless. They feel thin like airplane pillows and have no structure. I will have to purchase foam inserts or different back cushions. I was nervous that it wasn't a name-brand but it has worked very well. The rain shower-head is large and I like that it can pivot. The regular shower head works well and has various settings. I was also concerned that I would only be able to choose the water temperature but not the volume of water--no problem, the control allows for both volume and temp. I've been using it for about three weeks. All good. Update, within a few months, the shower head button wouldn't work. I can sit on my porch with or without my firepit and stay warm! It hangs over our seating area and its perfect for the size in the pictures I uploaded. It has 2 settings low and high. I like the high the most. Im sitting outside right now at 39 degrees in nothing but a robe. Staying warm and everyone that comes over wants one. I highly recommend this item.
