We are so pleased with this hood. The design is really nice and it is exceptionally quiet. We can actually hold a conversation while it is on. The customer service is also exceptional; they were very responsive to my questions and concerns over a damaged part. Overall, we are really happy with this high-end hood extractor.. Bz P.
