A very comfortable outdoor chair. I love the height of the back, especially because so many of the outdoor dining chairs were hitting my husband under his shoulder blades and he found them very uncomfortable. The assembly took two of us right around 15 or 20 minutes. The back and seat is a wood composite material and not metal which I was happy to discover. The only thing I don’t love about them is that the screw backs are visible on the seat back. The way I have them pleased. I don’t really see the seatbacks but honestly, it’s something that would bother me if I was looking at the seatbacks. This is exactly what I needed to get rid of the big ugly base on my umbrella. The holes for the umbrella base are tapped for M8 bolts. The outer holes work for 14 bolts. The base is powder coated dark grey with some metallic flakes. This comes with 16 lag screws that are about 2” long. I didn’t use these as they wouldn’t sink far enough into the support joists.. I went through multiple outdoor tables until I found this one. It’s super heavy so just be aware of that. You’re going to need help moving this to your space and it is for sure at least a two person job. But the quality is incredible and it’s so so beautiful! It’s heavy because it’s so well-made!
