Overall this is a decent product. I took a star off because of how long it took to assemble and the fact that one of the metal rods had two incorrectly shaped holes - oval instead of circular - forcing us to have to use a special metal drilling saw to correct the holes in order to make the bolts fit through. I finally got my rug pad after it was delivered to my neighbor. I had to wait an extra day, after the first delay in delivery, but I got them. They were wider than 3 ft., my carpets are 39" so I had to cut about 2" off the width, no big deal.
