You will need at least 2–3 people for assembly, especially when raising and securing the frame. The parts for the frame were easy to assemble. The only step where I needed help was having three people hold the frame upright while I secured everything together. So far, it has held up great, even with the heavy winds in my area. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I didn’t run into any issues during assembly, and all the required parts were included in the boxes—nothing was missing. This was the most well packaged and clearly marked build I have ever bought. Someone has OCD because it was ON POINT!! Directions were very easy to follow, and all the holes lined up. The pergola is a good purchase. Especially for the process point. It comes packaged well and the instructions are excellent and easy to use. The installation is simple especially with multiple people. The tools and hardware come packaged well. I’ve had bad experience with other brands in the past. The lighting addition could’ve been done better as the length of the light exceeeds the dimensions of the pergola and have to”tuck” it away but that was an extra bonus for me so it wasn’t a deal breaker..
