This is a nice, big, heated towel rack! We love the finish—we were looking for more of an antique brass finish, but this one was gold, not too shiny, and worked perfectly. The package came in well packed. I was going to install it hardwired in the guess bath. I tested it first and it's not that bad. The gold color this towel warmer comes in is absolute perfection. Not brassy in any way. We have not installed it yet but the looking at the instructions it is going to be so easy.
