Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab ultimate adhesive or boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. The only real downsides were the instructions and a couple of small hardware issues. The manual had some of the worst English I’ve ever seen on an instruction sheet — it was genuinely confusing and made installation take longer than it should have. The clamping pins also felt a bit cheap and could have been higher quality, but they’re functional. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase. The doors look great and deliver on style and value.
