kit# 2 luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab ultimate adhesive or boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

I can only review this on look and packaging at this time because I haven't been able to install it yet. But it came nicely packaged and it looks like it has everything I need to install it. I got it because I have a smaller shower and it was the only one I could find that would fit. Which from the look of it, it will. It is a really nice, sturdy door, and it pivots instead of slides. This shower system turned out awesome in our bathroom renovation. My husband is much handier than most and was able to install on his own. A few things you need to know what youre doing from the get-go. You have to make sure you get your tile surround just right, know where your studs are, everything. We initially had water pouring out of the door, but we quickly realized we needed to purchase a shower arm extender to point our rain shower head down rather than angled out. That simple change prevents any water from being directed at the door or the hinges. This system is plenty big, but I dont think I would want to go damage with this neo angle design. Lovely shower door. The curve at the top is lovely. We installed our shower door to open inward but the instructions show to have it open outward. FedEx did a poor job of dropping this door off at our home but it wasnt damaged even though they were rough to the box.
