Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! It takes several days to bring the hot tub up to temperature when refilling. I think this may be comfortable for 5 people, but I have no idea how you fit 7 adults in this hot tub. I haven’t had a chance to hook it up yet, but first impressions have been very positive. The delivery went smoothly, and everything arrived in good condition. One of the main reasons I chose this spa was the double lounger layout, which is hard to find at this price point. Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. I really Love these deck tiles! I was so impressed when we put them down. I am ordering more because I underestimated my area but even with what we have so far, it makes the back patio look so much better! You can barely tell that they are plastic even next to a wood tile. They are very easy to install! They go together like a puzzle and click into place. I couldn't believe how easy and fast we put them down. It took less than half an hour to put down the 44 pieces and makes the entire area look completely different! So far, they have made it through several rain storms and have not moved. They sit in place without shifting or breaking. We have put our deck chairs on them, and they are really great. I would definitely recommend these, especially if you are looking for a simple way to change the look of your patio. Also, if for some reason one of them gets ruined, it is like working with carpet tiles. You just take that one out and replace with a new one. It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
