Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. Added six months out -- Installation went very well, builder said the quality of the floor pan was great and it looks fantastic! .Attached picture shows the completed shower.. Dave. I don't recommend ordering this from Wayfair. We had to finally track down the freight company and see why it had been sitting in a town just 3 hours form us for over a week. They thought they were waiting for more cartons, when I contact wayfair I asked if they would let the freight company know that their were no more boxes and they told me know but I could. It took an additional 5 days after that to get it delivered. It was very frustrating with the lack of communication between Wayfair and the Freight company Of course we had our contractor and Plummer waiting on it also. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
