First, these doors are nice and solid. A little on the heavy side, so I am glad I wasnt installing these on my own. They are primed to a gloss so have to be sanded before painting, which is a little annoying, but it is what it is. They are not pre-hung, so you will not get any frame panels with them and as a result, the hinges dont sit recessed. When I read no hardware, I understood no hinges, handles, etc. which I was fine with as I had my own, but no frames would have been an issue if I didnt have the ones from the doors that didnt show up from the previous order that was cancelled (different vendor). They were delivered super quick which I appreciated and packed well. They did have some cosmetic issues that were from the factory (not FedEx), but not enough for me to go through the hassle to send them back. It was like each door had at least one nick in it! This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I've had this for about two months--although it hasn't been installed that long. It seems to work beautifully, has lots of options for heat, spin, sanitize--anything you could possibly want. No complaints at all! If I had just replaced a former unit, this would have been a breeze, and probably the installation would have been a snap! But if you, like me, are installing ANY unit in a new location in your house, beware of steep learning curve! In my case: re-routing of HVAC register & ductwork, new electric lines with permits, new plumbing lines connecting to maze of existing plumbing lines, with outdoor dryer venting connecting to--what? Well it was not simple! And, all the work with several different contractors cost at least three times what the unit itself did, in the end. $$$$! On the positive side, I now have exactly what I wanted, and it all works perfectly, giving me the flexibility I craved. I read lots of reviews, and this stackable seemed best.. Kate. Maryland.
