I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. The vacuum was $999 on another site so I tried Wayfair. The description was confusing as to what attachments came with it and for that reason I give it 4 stars. The vacuum is perfect. I did end up buying a turbo power head from another site (having to buy a power head separately is pretty standard with these high end vacuums). Absolutely amazing customer service answer all in every question I had throughout the process and they just answered all my questions and they said stated that even though there was a few mix-ups with the order that it was corrected and processed through very quickly and they stated that I could expect to have my shipment here and my order here by April 27th and sure enough April 27th via FedEx Express delivery came rolling through with the much needed portable oxygen or concentrator machine for my mother-in-law and to see that woman smile when she got it and cry made me cry and I couldn't stop she means the world to us and thank you way for such a great outstanding shopping experience I will be shopping again.
