Every time I called - their agents just stayed to the script would not answer my questions - just kept repeating themselves from their script. Lousy customer service - would not help at all. Had issues with the umbrella I also bought with this order. There was a problem with delivery and they wouldn't do anything and blamed it on someone else. This is a really nice set that looks more expensive than the price. The wicker is a brown, gray but more on the brown side. It does require a lot of work to put together after it took 3 days to put together two chairs I bought an attachment for my drill to do the work of the Allen wrench Ok now a warning- DO NOT EVER BUY OPEN BOX. I bought this open box and found out the real hard way that open box also includes products that are missing pieces and then they just resell it and offer no customer service with the missing pieces. I am not sure how this is legal to knowingly sell items that don’t work. They offered that I can return the entire set - which remember I had already spent 3 days putting together those chairs- or they would offer 20 off so I can buy it non open box. Anonymous.
