The product I ordered was what I expected. Very satisfied with that. Gave my order 3 stars because WAYFAIR customer service is AWFUL. The price went down the day after I ordered. Called WAYFAIR right away - the stated could not give a price a price adjustment. EVERY other company gives you a 30 day price adjustment most of the time-NOT WAYFAIR. Every time I called - their agents just stayed to the script would not answer my questions - just kept repeating themselves from their script. Lousy customer service - would not help at all. Had issues with the umbrella I also bought with this order. There was a problem with delivery and they wouldn't do anything and blamed it on someone else. I took my time looking for the right set for my new back porch. I love how the two chairs rock and swivel. I also bought a few sectional pieces from the same collection and put them together as a full set, and everything matches really well. The cushions are so comfy. I assembled the chair and table all by myself. Make sure to not tighten the screws until they are all in place. Hand tighten all of then and then go back with a drill and tighten.
