I just put this up, and it has the most detailed instructions I've ever seen! All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather. Shed looks great. Instructions and diagrams are so hard to understand. Took 5 days to put floor together, finally. Next came the walls, but once walls were going up, the floor started to buckle. The roofing panels snapping together have no J channel to catch rain water and to diverse rain water down to the lower end of the roof, resulting a leaky roof. The floor is a thin piece of rubber floor so basically rain water would flow from the concrete foundation right onto to the thin floor. Wayfair please remove this product and dont sell it your customer. I can buy a metal shed for half of the price of this shed and has a better design. The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. I purchased my shed in October. Unfortunately with the weather change I could not have it assembled until early April, come to find out the included T lock is defective and does not lock the shed. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return. A bit tricky to put together. Some of the pieces are hard to slide together. Floor is flimsy. We added a piece of plywood to the inside and covered it with linoleum tiles - nice and firm now. Also covered the vents with screening material to prevent bees, wasps and other insects. Nice size for our space- fits exactly. Be sure your base is perfectly level before starting construction.
