Overall this is a great set and I’m pleased with the quality for the price. I’m only giving four stars because the back cushions are very lightweight and do not have any ties to attach them to the chair back and keep them upright. They are so light that they fall onto you even as you are sitting against them and it’s very annoying and slightly uncomfortable. Love this chair. It’s a bit pricey but I wanted to try one to check quality and construction once put together. We were pleasantly impressed by the solid wood teak. It is a really well built chair, very stout & heavy. Just what I wanted to start our slow collection of this same style. It’s a modern scandi-style but feels like you’ve owned it for a long time. The clean & simple lines will blend in nicely with our back patio bird bath & flower garden. We got the lighter cushions as the gray wasn’t available, but they look nice & are firm to keep from turning mushy when you sit. Plus the cushions keep the seating a little higher then many other styles you kind of fall into when you sit. I have issues with getting out of low slung chairs, & no one wants to feel like they are sitting on1/2 cushion to be high enough to get out easily. Over all I recommend this to anyone that is willing to slowly build up your patio collection with quality seating. We’re already looking for our next chair to purchase in a few months.. Dawn. GET THE CHAIRS!!! I’m obsessed, nothing but compliments from everyone. They are so lovely to sit in and the most perfect neutral color. I uploaded all different photos with different lighting so you can see at all times of day because they vary in shade obviously. I would say the vibe is modern but also cozy. Use the Allen key that looks like a wine bottle opener! These chairs are beautiful, sturdy and very comfortable, but they take a few hours to put together. The first chair took me forever to assemble, but I used it as a learning experience. I learned that I could have saved myself a ton of time if I had used the provided allen key with the red top (looks like a wine bottle opener), instead of the conventional one that was also provided. I also learned that I needed help from someone else for a few stages in the process because it saves a lot of time. Things went a lot smoother and faster when I put together the second chair.
