Just what I needed at an amazing price. I had to find a small model that could do both because I lack counter and cabinet space. I use this daily and it sits on my counter. This blender emulsified a small portion of vegetables well. It has done the job I needed. I gave it 4 stars because I did have to open the container a couple of times to push the food into the blades. A pusher would be a good addition for the blender.
