Although they claim to be dishwasher safe, I recommend NOT to leave them in a space where moisture (hard water) remains on the handles, otherwise theyll stain. After use, hand-wash them, dry them and put them away ... theyll look beautiful for a longer period of time. Afterall, for such a low price, they are a bargain if you treat them well. If you live hard, then splurge on the REAL GOOD stuff if you want utensil longevity. As for me im not ready to splurge just yet.
