Item arrived as promised. I preferred the non-glass watch box that is open for easy accessibility. Wood frame seems well built. The pillows are not cushions but feel like a mix of hard cardboard. The dividers are not super sturdy so I recommend leaving some pillows for support. My watches are about 45mm. Overall, I love this item to expand my watch collection. I will leave inside my drawer .. I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together.
