the piece was extremely dirty/dusty and one glass pane broken. There is no way to remove glass as it is glued with wood. The condition of the product looked like an auction piece. If it had been cleaned, had removable glass I would have given 5 stars for the price. The condition and price was disappointing. Have not contacted Wayfair. This is the first ever piece of furniture to arrive this poorly. Someone is not inspecting for quality. Wayfair is much better than this and because I have ordered a lot from them I know this is not the norm. UPDATE: I never contacted Wayfair, didn't have to, they contacted me. Obviously someone is paying attention. Unfortunately they were unable to replace the glass or the door itself however they did give me a partial refund which is satisfactory. After cleaning up the unit we were satisfied with the results, With the refund we will take to a glass store and have it repaired. Special thank you to Krista G. at Wayfair who contacted me and followed up through the whole process. Now that is the Wayfair I know and the reason I will always continue to buy from them.
