We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. It comes with several extra filters so the water will stay clean. We are happy with the product and are hopeful that our cat will start using it. This cat feeder is slightly frustrating to me. It looks nice upon receiving but then once assembled, when you try to move it around the legs fall off extremely easily . You have to be really careful and hold them on. So make sure you know where you want to place it ahead of time. Also, I was surpised that it didn’t come with a USB plug in, it is battery powered instead. We didnt have the batteries needed around the house so this wasn’t “plug and play” for us. Set up a little while ago layers snap but don’t seem very tight. Its much louder streaming than I thought, tried adjusting pump but haven’t gotten it to sound smoother trickling. The top bubbler is very wobbly. All in all the fountain looks nice just need to tweak the pump I guess. Not very easy to adjust the pump sine it’s enclosed.
