Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. I know electrical controls pretty well and after doing some troubleshooting the button to raise the hood gets no power from the board and the fuse is in good condition. Hope it gets fixed quickly.. The hood arrived well packaged. It came with installation directions. It is a perfect fit for my space. It is a solid piece and looks very nice.
