I have found that there are zones with different temperatures on the cooking surface, so that needs to be watched when cooking and you may need to move the food around on the surface. I thought about getting an ice cream maker machine and I’m so glad I got this. I read you need rock salt for machines and this bowl requires nothing. You just need to freeze it.
