I LOVE my Wusthof knives. My husband bought me a FULL set at least 25 years ago. I have had a some handles crack in that time (understandable after 25 years) and they have stood by their warranty and replaced them at no charge to me. I cannot recommend these highly enough. You have a silicone gripper and a beautiful, double-edged knife for inserting to pry them apart. The set is quite attractive in appearance and unique, as well. My hands are on the small side, but felt very good in my hand. Have only used twice, once to slice an apple and the other to thinly slice a tomato.
