My sincere apologies for the late review for this amazing grill. I’ve been trying to get this in for 2 weeks with problems with photos and a tree falling in my backyard. I had photos from my old phone that did not transfer over no matter what I tried. Then a 40’ maple toppled over in my yard during a crazy unexpected storm. Please excuse the fact I didn’t take out the grates to clean fully. This grill works like a dream and is pleasing to the eyes. I’ll have to admit it was time consuming to assemble, but so worth its top end performance and even cooking from 4 burners! There is ample room for cooking several steaks with enough room to add some corn on the cob or burgers hotdogs, baked potatoes … you name it. I can easily cook dinner for 6 to 10 people on this grill all at once. This grill came quickly and was very professionally packaged and handled. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
