I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. Unfortunately the first one came damaged, we sent this one back and Wayfair replaced it with a second one which also came damaged. We already had our plumbing moved. Our contractor stated he believed he could fix the leg and the damaged end so it would hardly be noticeable. We kept this one and Wayfair made it right for us. We are very grateful. This is really an issue with Fed Ex. While it was packed well , because of its bulkiness, you can see where the box had holes in the middle on both sides and was ripped open and patched over with cardboard. The ends were also dented and box resealed. It weighs 106 lbs. I have to tell you with that behind us it is a very beautiful shower pan and extremely hard to find in that size with a center drain. It is extremely sturdy. All correspondence with Fine Fixtures and Wayfair was quick and everything resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Wayfair!!
