The set that came the first day is the lighter blue and the furniture in the boxes from the second day are darker blue and a different fabric (as you can see from the water beading up on only some cushions in the pictures). I assumed it would kind of fade to the same shade since the first box was in the sun for an extra day but a few weeks later, its the same. Its perfectly sturdy and comfortable. I got the 12 piece turquoise set. The light grey cushions that came with it were nice but when switching to the much better quality turquoise covers, one of the grey cushions covers ripped at the zipper. They have sent a replacement hassle free. As for the quality of the sectional itself, I couldn’t be more pleased. I put them together by myself fairly quick.
