Every time I called - their agents just stayed to the script would not answer my questions - just kept repeating themselves from their script. Lousy customer service - would not help at all. Had issues with the umbrella I also bought with this order. There was a problem with delivery and they wouldn't do anything and blamed it on someone else. It couldn’t have been easier to put together, I was able to put it together by myself. The coffee table is a nice bonus. I got the matching chairs to go with this.
