This is the first item I got from Wayfair that I had a problem with. however, the woman in customer service was very helpful and is sending out a replacement, and then I’ll use the packaging from that to return the one that arrived damaged. kind of a pain that I have to return the messed up one, but I get it. maybe they have to put in a claim with FedEx or some thing and need that for documentation. This is a great vanity mirror that mounts to the wall. It has an arm that pivots and the mirror swivels so that adjustments can be made. There is regular and fifteen percent magnification.
