This is the first item I got from Wayfair that I had a problem with. however, the woman in customer service was very helpful and is sending out a replacement, and then I’ll use the packaging from that to return the one that arrived damaged. kind of a pain that I have to return the messed up one, but I get it. maybe they have to put in a claim with FedEx or some thing and need that for documentation.
