The item arrived quickly and in impeccable condition. Contains 2 packages one of the shower base and the other for the doors. The doors are extremely heavy! I am still waiting for the contractor to install, but I can already say it is a very well-made high-quality shower door that will add a touch of luxury to any bathroom. We installed the Ove Ella in my daughter’s bathroom and it has completely changed the experience in there. First off, the design is clean and modern without feeling over the top. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Wow! I’ve been dying to see these walls for about 5 weeks. They were delivered right after Thanksgiving for our bathroom remodel, and they took up a LOT of garage space since then. The packaging was larger than the 5x8 ft wall size by at least 6” in every direction. There was some damage to the cardboard one one edge, but there was no damage to the product. Unfortunately the delivery drivers placed the package upside down, so I couldn’t even glance at the marble effect. I was afraid to try to flip it to look at it. I was worried that it might look tacky, the way some “marble” products have busy pattern repeats or weird colors (like the “marble” shower base we returned that was “marbled” with purple and brown streaks.). But I did not need to worry! These wall panels are fantastic! The marble effect is very subtle and natural looking. We made sure we had room to store them flat until our contractor could install them, which finally happened today! They have a matte, lightly textured feel that is similar to tile, but no grout lines to scrub!. The crew commented many times how luxe it all looks. My contractor will caulk it on Friday when he installs the new toilet and vanity, and then we can try it out on Sunday! I looked at every possible wall material before settling on these.
