The item arrived quickly and in impeccable condition. Contains 2 packages one of the shower base and the other for the doors. The doors are extremely heavy! I am still waiting for the contractor to install, but I can already say it is a very well-made high-quality shower door that will add a touch of luxury to any bathroom. It’s a beautiful shower door. Heavy. I was hesitant on ordering based on a couple of the low reviews. We didn’t install it ourselves our contractor did. It was difficult to find the shower door I wanted for our tiny bathroom and this was perfect. All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. Overall a very nice product when finished. I have had a few issues with the instructions. Not very clear but you can figure it out if you are mechanically inclined. Wall are pretty thin but stiffen up when completely installed. Biggest issue I had was a hairline crack below the lower wall shelf. I was doing a complete tearout and remodel of a bathroom and only had 3 weeks to complete it while I was in Florida for my mother in law. Did not open the boxes and inspect everything until 2 1/2 weeks into it and had to install it with the crack. I am upset about it but have no more time and had to get it installed and could not wait for a replacement. I did not call or complain about it.
