The unit was packed well in a thick cardboard box and with styrofoam inserts. However, the directions for assembly were not there. There was a parts diagram, but no instructions. Quite a bit of online searching later, I had instructions for a similar unit. I had a problem with the concrete anchors as there was no size indicated on the parts diagram and ended up drilling the holes slightly large. I ended up using concrete epoxy. The shower arm connection to the tube leaks slightly, I solved this with more teflon tape. (The shower arm does not have enough threads and cannot be tightened.)
