Everything is great with this towel caddy however the top piece did not fit. I cantacted Wayfair right away and they sent me all the information to get it replaced. I am still waiting for the replacement. It should be here today which is only a week from when I received the item. Very pleased with the awning. Fits the space just right. Assembly was not overly difficult but the instructions could have been a bit more detailed. I looked at several videos related to assembly of the out sunning awnings and even though they were not for this exact awning it helped immensely. I was able to do the complete assembly by myself but needed help to lift the awning into place on the brackets. I mounted the brackets in the rim joist between the first and second floors... as such I needed to purchase some lag screws as the anchors provided with the awning were suited more to mounting on brick or concrete.
